Wow such nice pets in this thread and gotta love all the bull's and black lab. Im a bully advocate myself because they really are so miss understood and have a bad rep but they are such loyal and nice dogs. Im saving up for either a pitbull (all black if i can find one) or a black lab. I know they are both loyal and wish i could afford to get both and feed both of them but ill have to make my mind up here soon. Glad to see some bully breed advocates up tho and good seeing people who actually respect animals/pets. BTW howdy to everyone

Hey Chev!
You don't need to save up a lot for either of those. There are more pitbulls in shelters then any other breed.
Many of them will come potty trained, dog, kid, and cat tested, and old enough to not need puppy shots, spay/neuter etc.
And shelter dogs will love you like no other.
Interesting fact, large black dogs are often the last to get adopted.

Its bad how people give pit bulls the rep they have. Family member has an adopted dog and I swear that dog is listens to everything he says and goes everywhere with him. Ill have to snag a picture of the dog next time I see him. Very loyal dog though and good tempered. Also I dont know what it is about black but it is a clean and sharp looking color. Just really like it and prolly one of my favorite animals is a black panther which are pretty rare but yea needless to say I like black haha. Lookin forward to raising a pit maybe from a puppy one of these days tho
