Phone at 52.0c (VERY HOT) HELP!

I had my phone off the charger sitting on my desk all night while sketching and I just recently when to plug it into the wall before I get ready to go off for the day and I felt it was burning up. I looked at the temp with SpareParts and it's saying currently it's at 52.0 Celsius (125 Fahrenheit)

What in the world is wrong with my phone? I went to Verizon yesterday to replace a battery but this is nuts.

Where can I check my syncing to make sure it's not running or something?


I'm very concerned. A phone running that hot can't be good
