Phone dialer?

Is there a way to change the recent calls? Or an app? Certain ppl I call or they call aday is alot, is there a way to compact all in one instead of a detailed list. It just shows their name once? I hope that's understandable lol

There are several dialer apps out there that do this. I use exDialer and think it's great, simple but efficient.
