phone not ringing

my wifes motorola droid is showing 5 bars, and i'm pretty sure i've checked all of the proper settings but she is not receiving incoming calls. No ring or vibration AT ALL! Everyone who is calling her says the phone is going straight to voicemail as i have tried calling her as well. Any suggestions? thanks

Im also having a similar issue...any help??

update...I just went into settings/sound & display/phone ring tone, and realized that the ring tone was set to silent...go figure. Hope this helps out
