Phone shuts off randomly and restarts, when on, doesn't have service?

I just got this re-manufactured phone about a week ago because I broke my other one and got an insurance claim. The phone keeps randomly shutting off and restarting in the middle of whatever I am doing, then when it's on, I have no service. I don't know what to do! Please help I just hope I can fix it without having to get a new one. Thanks!

Did you do a full Factory Data Restore when you got it? You're going to have to try that eventually, but you could try booting into Safe mode to see if the problems go away.
