Playing my music?

OK, SO I put about 12v albums on my SD carn, mixed file types, mp3, wma, and m4a. Some of each file type seem to play, but some songs just don't play, and it says file type not supported.

And one know what file type I can go with that will work every time?

Also, I saw on here awhile back a thread that listed an app that works like iTunes to sync music. Can someone tell me that apps name?
