Playing video mms email

Has anyone found out info on this issue? I have the same problem. Video will download and will show a stillphoto of the beginning but that's all. No sound and video wont play.

I get videos as a video message from people, but am unable to listen and watch the video. i can see the video playing without an issue, but there isnt ever any audio. when i spoke with verizon i asked them and the reply i got was, to make a long story short, "too bad"

here is what mine says.Sent from a verizon wireless blackberry.vid 00003.3gp hit open and says fetching attachment then it says attachment cannot be displayed what a pos.

Now after the update I am unable to play any of the videos I received before the update. I can't even play the videos I have taken with my phone any thoughts it suggestions would be appreciated
