Ok Im downloading that now, but if i can't enable usb debugging becasue my phone is in a boot loop then I'm lost? or is there a way to enable this through clockworldmodrecovery?

I am lost, I've followed that link, installed it all. my phone isn't being picked up by my computer! adb (the black command screen) just goes straight off???
