Please help Rooted problems

I had simply stunning rom running just fine and then I wanted to switch rom to another one because of bug issues. So I did and now I have a huge problem. It loops when it boots and never fully loads up. I tried a nandroid restore and that didn't work either. Im stuck I have no clue what to try now. Please help I would appreciate it.

:welcome: to the forum. Can you get into recovery? If so, I'd load another rom to the sd, wipe then flash the new rom.

This is precisely my worry about flashing. I'm on stock rom and its not sooo bad but I want to flash liberty just to see the difference. I keep reading stories like this and it deters me.

I can get to recovery and I tried to do that but it wont let me mount my sd card. I even manually mount it and it said something like the location wasnt found?
