Need help

So yes to start I'm a newbie. I unlocked my galaxy nexus lte and rooted it right off the bat. No issues. Last night I flashed something and got stuck in the bootloader. I do not know what to do now. I have tried getting it back to stock by using Odin but my phone does not realize its plugged into the computer. So what am I supposed to do?
