please help stuck in boot loop

ok so i can access clockwork recovery and everything, but i don't have a backup rom on my phone.

is there a way i can download a rom to the computer then put it on the sd card?​

In Clockwork mod try mounting the sdcard partition with the phone plugged in and then copy a ROM or whatever to your phone for install

do you mean mounting the usb storage? because when i do it gives me a message about not being able to do so??
