Whatever app you choose, how do you not only follow and get updates, but see all the tweets not from the person you are following but that are on their page?

For example...

I am following ScottBrownMA for the election in MA.

I happen to be using Swift app.

On my "timeline" I see his main messages...

But yet I don't see the other people who are posting...like:

Is there some idiot's guide to Twitter? I'm pretty computer literate but I've never really used Twitter before.

Now I just got a Twitter Error. Twitter Rate Limit Reached. Twitter sets a limit on how many times it can be used in an hour. There have been more than 150 requests...

What does that mean and how do I fix it?
