I use to get 8-9 Hours with light use on 4g, Just installed 4.0.4 and got close 15 Hours on 4G with moderate to heavy use Still had 12% . Big Difference

Try xda you can get 4.0.4 radios and unoffical stock 4.0.4

The 4.0.4 radios will but 4.0.4 unoffical is a rom just like gummy. Every phone is different I tried the 4.0.4 radios and went back to 4.0.3 radios because they worked better on my phone. If your thinking battery life its not gonna make that much difference. Battery life is all how you use your phone. If your on your phone doing stuff your gonna use battery. If you let it set on the table all day your gonna get great battery life. Ive been on about 4 different roms since I got my Gnex and they are all about the same when it comes to battery life its the nature of the Beast

Glad I could help. In answer to your other Question no you dont have to wipe to change radios.

Ive been on Android OPen Kang, Gummy, Bamf, Codename Apex, Theory, cant remember them all but here is a list of most roms out there Galaxy Nexus Android Roms

Some of them are older you know how roms are they just get better and better. I just got on BAMF they rock its there first real Gnex rom. So far Gummy and Theory have been my favorites but I just got on BAMF so that might change
