possible to customize folder icon instead of boring yellow ones?!

I was told bettercut was the way but from what I read from the comments, people are asking for refunds due to not being able to customize folder icons. anyone know any other FREE apps or cheap ones?

Apps Organizer is a way to group apps, like in folders, but it allows you to set a custom icon instead of the folder icon. Was gonna provide the link but for some reason Androlib.com isn't responding for me right now.
