Yes and u will not loose anything by doing a Fdr u may have to re install some apps and redo ur home screens just back up everything on ur Google account or backup assistant

Its a little more than that for me. I've been having battery and reception issues since the upgrade, so I went for the FDR. Still no avatars unless I clear the local image cache, and then they're gone the next time I come back anyway. Still can't attach pics through the app either.

Here's a kinda funny pic I took last night walking my dogs. It was after midnight and I was walking in an open field and nearly jumped out of my skin. I thought I had come across a dead rat or squirrel. After a second or two I realized it was a stick! And I got new glasses too!

Takes more than over the counter RAID to get rid of spiders! Spiders are your friends and are only around if there is food!
