The weather widget is fancy widget, classic look in appearance menu I think, wallpaper I found on zedge app in market. The calendar is launcher pro, transparent themed version I found on xda developers forum. Just search themed launcher pro. There's alot of transparent apps/widgets over there.

I'm using fancy widget from market, not the one included in rom. It's under appearance, widget style.

find an image hosting site like photobucket and upload your pictures via usb connection or whateever.
