To fix bluetooth you'll likely need to and and reinstall. Make sure tho that you wipe before first boot. Because off the locked bootloader, it is very hard to truly brick the D2.

I'm hearing there is no fix for the lack of voice over bluetooth in gingerbread.

As far as I have read...they are still working on a solution for the Bluetooth issue....but check this forum because I have been seeing recent posts on the issue and on the stickies...hope you can get the BT running!
