problem help

I'd suggest rebooting the phone just on general principles, but you are now rooted if that # appears.

If you don't want to reboot then try a root-only app and see if it still tells you permission denied or if you get a popup asking for permission. If you get the popup, well...

need help again try to change roms and now my phone is stuck on the motorola sysmbol tryied battery pull nothing and tried alt shift delete and still nothing

When you say stuck and a battery pull didn't help, do you mean that when you unplug the phone, pull the battery, pop it back in, slide out the keyboard, press and hold the X, and power the phone back on you can't get back into recovery?

In that case you'll need to SBF and start over again. Unfortunately that happens sometimes with ROMs. It's rare; usually you can get into recovery in under a minute by holding the X, but sometimes even the recovery image gets corrupted, and then you have to hope you can get into the bootloader. If you can then you can start over.

To access the bootloader you need to power the phone completely down, slide out the keyboard, press the d-pad towards the screen, and power the phone up while holding the d-pad.

Tell me what comes up on the screen.
