problems with my droid?

i just bought my droid 3 days ago and im already having problems with it... the home button does not work and it does not lock. if i press lock, the screen only just turn off but not lock. when i hold down the lock button, it would only show the turn off button...

anyone know whats wrong?

If the home soft key isn't working I would take it to VZW for an exchange. Especially being within your 30 days.

oh, i just reseted it to factory settings. it works now though...
do you think this problem will reoccur?

Never heard of this problem. I wonder if you installed an app that is gumming up the works. If it happens again, I'd uninstall apps and slowly add them back until I found the offender. Or take it back.
