Professional Help Needed!! Widgets and Apps slow to Re-load on Homescreen!

Well i just checked off "System Persistent" (turned it on)in my ADW settings and things have been wonderful. No redraw at all!!!!! However, Im wondering why it says "dangerous" if enabled?

Your phone could run out of RAM, basically. As a result the OS could try to kill the launcher and when it does the launcher refuses, the phone gets locked, and you'll have to do a battery pull.
