I mean I can't extract from my PC, I'm using Ubuntu (linux) Operating System.
Do you have AIM??
I don't see it in my apps. I'm not familiar with Linux at all. I have Windows 7 and have always had Windows operating systems. I just right click on a zip file and winrar extracts them for me. I use Winrar for extracting zipped files. As far as changing the file names, some files you can, some files have to be converted. I think that you can covert .mkv files (I think that's the format name?) to .bin files just by changing the name. But then others have to be done with some program. I have used unexm to fix a couple of my roms. Still can't find a Tekken 3 that works.
I'll be damn, lol, Tobal No. 2 works! Took me awhile to find this file because this game was never available to us lowly Americans but I found one and it does work. It is slow of course, cause Tobal was basically the best fighting game, EVER on the PS1 system. It was an innovator for many games, but unknown to a lot of us here and not famous simply because it was a Japanese game that never made a port over here (that I know of). But man, the gameplay is still fairly complex. Anyway, I'm stoked to have this thing running on my phone. If they can speed these games up then this could replace my PSP (which I gave to my son a few months ago anyway). So anyway, so far, I've got these games to work and they are playable.
Crash Bandicoot (Very playable, almost no real slowdown, decent sound)
Marvel Super Heroes vs. Capcom (Very playable, some slowdown but not terrible, pretty good sound)
Bloody Roar 2 (playable, runs really slow, decent sound)
TOBAL No. 2 (playable, runs very slow due to the 3d fighting and framerate, decent sound)
Games I haven't gotten to work YET are:
Tekken 3 (although I've seen the videos of everyone playing it, I guess it just don't like me, lol)
