Putting video on the Droid

Becasue the screen resolution of the Droid is 854x480.
The 720x480 resolution number comes from the video recording specification of the Droid, not for the video playback.

Trial Version. download the free trial version of DVD Catalyst. It works identical to the pay-version with one limitation. It converts 20% of each item (DVD/video file). Similar products offer only 5-minute clips, which does not give you a good idea of the quality, speed or resulting file size, but at 20%, this makes things a lot more clear.
