Question about icon on Power Toggle Widget?

I can't figure out one of the icons...has 2 arrows going in a circle like a refresh symbol.

Anybody know?

gMail / eMail...this allows the "auto delivery" function...I had an issue where my gMail was not being received on my phone, for some reason this was "disabled" but as soon as I "enabled" all was back to normal...it used to be (several software updates ago LOL) that we could set this via accounts but now I have only found it via the power widget...
