Question about titanium backup

I just rooted and I've heard a lot about titanium backup. What does this program do? It seems that it backs up apps but whats the difference versus backing up apps using Astro. Any info on this app?

astro does not work on apps installed using apps2sd.
titanium can schedule backups.
it can do "incremental" type backups.
simply, its awesome and under-priced.

There is no back up app that will work like Titanium!! The closes one I know is my back up pro.

I have titanium and my back up pro. To me Titanium is 90% better still.

Now what Titanium does?

Titanium back up will back up all the apps you have installed including any protected up.
Plus will back up all your settings in case you have to re install everything for whatever reason all you do is a titanium restore and you'll get everything back the way it was before. Your home screen and everything else.

Plus this one has a batch back up/restore.
You don’t have to do one by one.
Plus other futures.
