Quick responses?

Anyone know how to use the quick responses in the phone settings? They don't come up when someone is calling me.

I'm trying to remember, but I think they come up when you ignore a call.

If you need to edit them, open your dialer, hit menu on the right, then settings, then Quick Responses. Touch each to edit them.

When receiving an in coming call, scroll "up" to use "quick response".
