You're right and it's too bad especially since the Rezound is a great phone.

The Rezound is a great phone, it was a remarkable high-end phone when introduced a year ago... Verizon so dropped the ball on this phone, it could have been so much more popular if they had marketed properly instead of just making it out as a high-end media player!

Nope... it was never actually stated by anyone when it would occur, it was assumed that would be the case since some Global Mode updates leaked out but nothing has been seen or heard about that in about 6 weeks now.

Interestingly, I found this in a Verizon Wireless forum. Verizon advertising the Rezound with global capabilities coming soon

I saw that the other day too. Unfortunately it doesn't really tell us anything new. Just that it should come one day.

I learned if you got a good phone that is fast does want you want it to do, has the latest OS near latest OS, just be happy. I took a look at the latest and greatest s3 that a coworker bought and saw how poorly it performed with DL speed and signal strength. As they say the grass is always greener.......
