Alright, went ahead and installed .902 update and seems I still have root. I have TiBackup backing up my apps and it's working so I'm good to go. Thanks.

this worked for me too..came from eclipse 2.0 5.7.893..forgot to make backup of stock rom before flashing eclipse..DERP..did option 1 then did the OTA updates..on 5.9.902 and still rooted..awesome sauce!!

So if I want to inroot all I would have to do is unfreeze all the apps I froze, and run the program or should I just restore the back up I did then run the program?

I cannot for the life of me get my Bionic rooted, I have tried the R3l3as3dRoot multiple times. In the CMD window it says failed for most of the steps but than at the end says it completed. It pushes Superuser onto my phone but the su is out of date and nothing else works with it. Am I missing something??

Are you running .902? If so, use motofail by dan rosenberg to root.
