Random features launching...?

So recently, I've had my phone randomly do things like call a contact or open voice commands for no reason while I am watching videos. What should I do? D:

Nope, but I did start using the built in system task killer. Running antivirus scans right now.

idk why apps are opening up on their own. maybe try a battery pull and see if that fixes anything

Now my phone started playing music with MixZing while charging... >_>
My headphones are acting kind of funny too, might be the headphones and not the phone but when I tilt or lift the phone in a certain way I can get the background music off my song and only have the lyrics and faint music, or maybe that's just the right headphone not working.

Ok, it just did that again. I think it might have something to do with plugging it into my computer.

That can be caused by plugging it in to the computer because the computer usb does not have enough power and thus the phone freaks out. I have hear of other people having this problem while using generic chargers that were not rated high enough for the Droid X.

I was using the charger that came with the Droid X. Also, I have been able to trigger the random app launches several times by holding the phone horizontally and lightly shaking, which usually triggers the phone to call my dad or open voice commands. And once it does that, it usually goes on a spree of opening that. I also usually hear crackling on my earphones. Going airplane mode seems to fix it. Also, I have started copying my music and movies from my computer to my phone instead of just using Pandora, and my phone sustained an unprotected 3-4ft fall, scraping mainly the corner where the camera is. Also, I downloaded 2 apps to play my videos but I uninstalled both out of suspicion.

Ok now...I've narrowed it down to my headphones. When I twist the wire right above the plug, my phone opens voice commands or calls my most recently called contact. Unplugging and plugging it in again seems to be a temporary fix. But the question is...why!? D:

some headphones have mics and buttons to activate these features. this might be what youre activating

I have found out today that I can pause and play media by pressing my mic...but I am simply rotating and bending the rubber stub over the metal jack.
