Guess it all depends on who you talk to, the situation and how persistent you are. I had ongoing data issues with my Gnex. Everything was documented on my account. Was on my second one. Was not gonna accept another one to be in the same boat again. They offered me the OG Razr. Said I had it already and didn't want another. They asked me what I wanted. Told them the Maxx. They moaned and groaned at first about it being an iconic device because it was new. I persisted and they got supervisor approval to give me an extremely early upgrade on my main line to get the Maxx. Paid $299 and just sold the Gnex and accessories for $500. I am $150 ahead of the game now.
