It does, but the periodic nag screens are really annoying. I had a rooted Droid X and it kept wanting to upgrade me to Gingerbread! I think I installed Bloat Freezer Pro and froze System Updates, and that fixed the problem.

I'm rooted
and definitely don't want ics
at least till they release a patch to fix any issues and pretty much all my apps work with it
ill have to look into bloat freezer pro
