Razr Issues

Recently I replaced the screen on my razr. Installation was fairly easy. I purchased the screen from a vendor recommended by Verizon's tech support people.

The issue I am having is shortly after the install was complete the home button and the button to the left of it quit working. I have tried working with the company I purchased the screen from, but they are very little help.

I believe the screen they sent is defective but they stand by that it was tested before it left them. (I find it a bit had to believe that it was tested)

Anyway if anyone has advice they can pass on I would greatly appreciate it. Thought about taking it to the Verizon repair center my Cincinnati this weekend, but not sure if I will be charged after replacing the screen.
