Thanks for all of the help. I have decided on the SIII. It was a pretty hard decision to make now that the max has ice cream sandwich.

Great choice, wont be dissapointed. SGS3 has ICS stock

We'll after a week of use I like it. The signal isn't as good as my droid x but good in town. The battery is much better than my droid x extended battery the phone is lighter and although bigger I don't notice its size difference at all. The blue does look purple though but the gunmetal case looks good on it.
