Razr Maxx Data Connectivity Issues 4G

Did anyone find a fix for this? I just got the phone 4 days ago and when I try to play my games or play a youtube video,it lags or tells me to Try Again. I use Wifi when I can but when I am not on Wifi, it has issues. I know this phone is better than this and Verizon is as well but so far, I'm not too happy and did alot of research before picking this phone. I had AT&T and an HTC and I hope I don't regret leaving. I can use the phone for a phone more than I could the AT&T service which is a good thing but I need everything to work.

What is this ICS you are all talking about?
