Razr will make or receive text or calls

One week old Razr on Verizon. Quit making and receiving calls. Had a new Sim card installed. Worked great until this morning. Now same issues.

Have soft reset, turned Airplane mode on and off. Holding out for hard reset, but will try if it will work.
