Real minimum plan for Droid?

I just checked and at least the state discounted price does show up for data service also. So i would assume that it works for all discounts now.

Any details on family plans to share minutes between two Droid handsets? whats the cheapest option then?

the 69.99 is just email (data) and voice...the 99.99 is voice email (data) and text messeging
