Not many changes. Changed the tabs a bit. Fixed call background. Mostly an update to the Eclipse2.2 framework..

Ok for those that downloaded 1.3 yesterday. I uploaded another copy. I made a few small changes that didn't justify a version change. I modified the phone tabs... they just didn't feel right to me! The new ones are not red but look much better imo. I also threw some gloss on the lock screen tab buttons... again. I feel its just a bit more refined. I will update screenshots tomorrow!
