when you upgrade from 3.0 to 4.5 do you....

"install New ROM" from ROM Manager?

or install .zip from Bootstrap (bootstrap recovery --> reboot in recovery)?

Download the zip, boot into Recovery, make a backup, apply v4.5

thanks Yonner, and that will wipe data/cach to be able to apply the system upgrade? i dont remember there be being an option for that through that method, but i'm probably mistaken

I would recommend wiping, Chevy used a new system version for v4+

...so (#1) make nandroid backup (#2) "wipe data/factory reset" then (#3) install .zip (v4+)

Try ADW Launcher EX I use it to me it's alot better than go launcher

Anyone know why I am having a problem adding my hotmail account? I input my email and password and it starts to load. Then it stops and the only way to get it to go away is reboot.

I have the same issue. I DL the Hotmail application from the market. Gmail won't push for me. Everything is set too though.

I don't really use my gmail but I don't think mine is either. Also still having the adding facebook through the accounts menu.

I don't get fb push either. I just use the app. Only thing that pushes it Hotmail through the application.

I just downloaded the hotmail app. Thanks for mentioning it. I am also just using the fb app but I would like set it up in accounts and sync my contacts.
