Everything is running clean and smooth and I'm loving it (Holy Blue v3.0)! The only thing that seems weird to me is the HTC style launcher looks unnatural to me in landscape, but that's a minor quibble as I'm rarely in landscape when I use launcher.

So what boot animations are compatible and are they put on using the update.zip method?

Keep up the good work woody! Looking forward to what else may be up your sleeve.

I have been using your rom for about 2 days I am unable to connect to my wireless router since i have installed your rom. Any ideas on how to fix it ?

try by deleting the settings for that wireless connection, then reput in your router password and such..

anyone else have any suggestions?

not yet 4.1 is still uploading, but everything in the 2 is the same, the only changes are what i posted.. so if you don't care about those, then your still fine with 4.0..

i'll let everyone know when 4.1 is finished..

Phone seems snappier? Is this the new Baseband? I have noticed a slight homescreen lag but it seems to be gone now...

i usually have a small lag on startup, but after the first minute or so, it runs perfect.. also i use a task killer, [after bootup, i wait till the 3G stops sending/recieving to use it]... thats just me personally, im not recommending for/against it..
