Atlantis/Launcher

Dear Woodyman,
I just yesterday discovered your work, and I've only been rooted since Saturday, but I must say, everything I have tried has had issues until I discovered SD-Atlantis, and it is the best thing to happen to my Droid!

I have one suggestion though...I have recently discovered LauncherPro Beta and it has proven itself to me to be much faster/more stable than Helix. I put LauncherPro on your Atlantis, and it runs faster than the Launcher you have there, and than the Helix Launcher2 that's on there...so...that's just some information keep up the good work, yours is the best!

Any word on when you guys will be coming up with anything built of 2.2? I tried to run 2.2, and kept having trouble (it keeps freezing my phone so I gotta pull the battery) but I have a feeling LauncherPro isn't compatible with Froyo just yet.. the one time I had it running without much trouble, I loaded LauncherPro and it killed it...

anyhow, I'm sure that whatever you do with Froyo will be the one to have!

As for Froyo... We are playing around with it. I can tell you that we are working on several different themes for a Froyo rom when we do release it.

I just placed the alien head for the launcher button..... Quick three minute mod

hmm...it didn't work on mine...mine still loading the same LauncherPro button... did I do this wrong? I'm running Atlantis Blue...will that make a difference? it looks like you are also, in your screen shot...so I don't get why mine didn't update...

i know y it didnt work. u know how to use rootexplorer or astro? The market is down... so i downloaded the apk from the internet.

open rootexplorer or astro. Navigate to system/app and tell me exactly how Launcher pro is written. Ex: Launcher_Pro_Beta, Launcher_Pro.
