I still can't get it to work =( I deleted it with root ex... put it on my sd card.. when i go to install it with astro it gives me two options when i press the open app manager... gives me uninstall and launch.. when i press launch it says activity not found

it has com.fede.launcher
file version 0.8.5
installed version 0.8.5
file size 2.34M
Data size is 0
total size is 2.34 M

if there isnt much of a difference, I dont mind not getting it right.. LOL (the only difference I have noticed so far is few of the icons disappeared in dock and I had to reset them...

Did you reboot? Look in /data/app and make sure its not still there too.

One of the older launcherpro apk was in the date/app.. I deleted it.. deleted the launcherpro from astro and then moved it back to the sd card... still wont let me... but file size etc now says 0

I did reboot.. I will delete the apk from the sd card and reboot and try again. LOL

I installed ADW launcher =)

Now when i go through astro it gives me an install option... acts like it is installing then says application not installed...

gives me install version blank
File, Data, and total size are all 0 now.

Ok cool! So, you should just be able to delete LP, reboot, dl'd the Theme Queen's LP, move it from /sd/download to /system/app (or /data/app), check permissions (should only be all three in first column and top one in second column checked), and install.

I still didnt get it to work so I gave up... had to restore... LOL but I did download the RR icons and they worked great.. think I got the update.zip part down pat =) The apk parts are alittle harder for some reason.

Dorlisa what theme are you using? just straight RR? or are you using an accessory?

I am using the straight RR theme that I did in two parts...because I use CM ... maybe that is the problem??
