Replacement Apps

I reference this in another thread but thought it worthy of one of its own...

What are the apps being used as replacements to the stock apps. Mine include:

Launcher -- Launcher Pro Plus
Dialer -- DialerOne
SMS -- Handcent
Email/Gmail -- K9Mail
Calendar -- PocketInformant, beta (I still use the native calendar as well)
Files -- Astro File Explorer
