Quick question,
When MIUI first popped up, I tried it and went back to nandroid backup (problem below). Since then, I've been following this project and wanted to try it out again however there was one issue I had.
When I tried going back to a nandroid backup, it loading with force close problems and error on every possible app and continued doing so. Thus, I reloaded a new rom from scratch and that fixed it.
I saw a lot of improvements since then and I saw in the latest version that it specifically stated "DO NOT ADVANCE NANDROID YOUR DATA PARTITION BACK. IT DEFEATS THE PURPOSE OF WIPING DATA/CACHE. YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS WITH OLD DATA THAT IS NOT ASSOCIATED WITH MIUI AND THEREFORE NOT COMPATIBLE."
I assume that is I don't do that, I will be able to do a nandroid backup and not have the same problems I did? Can anyone confirm this or can anyone relate as to which option to untick when doing a nandroid restore to not have this problem?
