I have been running Ineffabilis ICS alpha and was having charging problems. i would have a screen pop up saying to high of voltage power off. so i did. but this was happening more and more and i was using the stock charger, so i had no clue what was going on, and thought it might be something up with the rom. so i tried to restore a previously backup up rom Ineffabilis1.0v. when successively done i wiped both cash/data and partion. then i tried to reboot and all i got is the htc symbol then black screen. i can still get to the bootloader and clockwork, but i cant fully boot my phone. so please help, i need it.
