You can see how it works if u think about it... its spring loaded and just grabs the droid on the sides and holds it secure. Pivots for either horizontal or vertical...cheap. the only place I've ever found it was at pepboys.
Allows both car plug and aux accesibility. For 12 you can't beat it with a stick. It also comes with a base you can stick to your dash with 3m tape where u can put it anywhere you want. The vent mmount doesn't do as well in my jeep as it does in the xterra though

And finally my mount is completed. Re-routed my tape deck line (have yet to buy a bluetooth type) tonight and am rather pleased. Absolutely no attachment on the dash whatever, the magnet holds it firmly in place. And it can be positioned any way ya like. Best dang mount I've ever seen for 3 bucks!!!:icon_ banana:
