Ring Loud, Silent SMS

Anyone know of an app (similar to Timeriffic) that would accomplish this? Need to have ringer ring 24/7 but silence SMS alerts during the night. Timeriffic & Sound Manager 2 seem to require both the ringer & SMS to be at the same level.

Only thing I know of that will do this for sure is Locale with the All Volumes plugin. Locale is a $10 app though.
