[ROM] [ROM][AOSP][4.0.3][CDMA] Gummy 0.9.0 - 03/24/12 - The Remodel!

Dev, is it possible to get a lockscreen mod soon? I love those mods on other ROMs but would really like to see it on this ROM since it's the one I use.

For those who have updated to 5.0 is there a significant change from 4.7 to 5.0? I'm on 4.7 now and debating whether to wipe and start over with my phone or just wait till the next release. If there's been some improvement to the ROM other than the mods listed I may do it. HOw's the battery life? Same? Better? Better but not that much? Smoothness? Thanks in advance.

True but people would also be upset if they changed the carrier text, installed a different rom and couldn't change it back :-\

This gets better with every update. Once skipping songs with the volume keys is added, and the camera launcher on the lockscreen is changed or changable to change the ringer mode it will be perfect for me. Great work dev...

few questions:

(1) Is there any way to disable auto rotate for your homescreen but not the rest of the OS?

(2) Are there any working colored soft key mods for this ROM?

(3) I've noticed that the widget drawer is pretty laggy the first time you scroll through, but after you scroll through it once, it's smooth as butter. Any way to improve this?

Battery life

So how is the battery life on this rom.... I love all the features listed however the battery life is the deal breaker for me

If coming from 5.0, must gapps be flashed as well? Thanks for clarification.

Also, this is am excellent ROM. I was a BB loyalist since my OG, but 5.0 won me over. Gummy performance feels identical to BB but includes extra features that BB doesn't. Great work! Thanks. (Running Lean kernel)

yep, reflash gapps after from flash. I too was a bb loyalist on my og droid.

Yea you always need to install in the gapps after installing the ROM,,,

thanks kind complementes about the ROM we really have put in a lot of effort into this :D

Excellent work Kejar. Just got done flashing this and its smooth as silk. Had a short run on codeandroid because I wanted orange soft keys but had to re-gummy lol.

Anyone getting SOD? I've been experiencing it pretty much daily now, for the last week. Stock kernel, unmodified voltages. Happens on both interactive and X. Trying on demand now to see if that helps. I read in another thread that some defective extended batteries were causing SOD like symptoms, could that be the cause? I heard people were getting them replaced for free as well.

No SoD's here at all. I've only been using Gummy since 5.0 and now 5.4. On a side note I always fully wipe whenever I install any rom, even if the Dev says it's not necessary. I use romtoolbox pro to backup/restore apps and nova launcher restore. Never read about the faulty battery thing.

EDIT: I use included kernel and voltages as well. I use max 1200 min 350 and hotplug governor.
