[ROM] [BETA] CyanogenMod 7 for Droid 2

Anyone having issues with Android Overclock? I can't seem to get my settings to stick, even if I choose apply on boot. Also thought maybe it was being affected from the performance setting in the cm7 menu but either way no dice. FCs sometimes.

Screebl also does not work.

And I'm aware its a nightly (and trust me the benefits are what keep me on cm7) but man the battery life can be rough. Even after calibration and using Better Battery I still can't last 9 hours (liberty I could go 16).

I haven't been able to use Droid Overclock on any AOSP ROM

SSX v2.0

Is it me or is build 25 really snappy?

Sent from my DROID2

I'm using both scripts this time (the ram script and imoseyon). It's zooming!

CM74D2

I've never used scripts before, what exactly do these do? Are there any downsides, and how do I use them? Thanks!

Also, to people having trouble with Android overclock, I was having trouble getting it to stick as well. I eventually got it working though. I think I had to uninstall setcpu.

So I dont have to wpie data if Im just flashing a nightly right? I always have before though. what do I do? I want to flash build 25, but I dont feel like doing a total wipe and restoring everything.

Mount system flash zip? I know people say wipe cache, does that mean wipe cache partition? I would imagine.

wipe cache partition...go to advance and wipe dalvick cache power button back mounts and storage where if it says "mount system" press it. but mounting isnt really needed anymore as most roms have that already in it. but as i always say, cant hurt to be safe..Good flashing bro!

Really? It has worked for me. Quickclock works as well. You could also try milestone oc.

Anyone else having trouble with keyboard light not lighting up? Ever since I flashed the latest build I haven't had it.

Sent from my DROID2 using DroidForums

I though I had the same problem.

Has anyone else noticed, dont know about you, but with everything Ive ran the keyboard always lit up when I opened it. Now it does not, but its is now light sensitve, which I think is how its supposed to be. So I open it in the light and it doesnt not light up, if I put it under my desk where it darker it lights up lol. Nice, so it apprears they actually fixed it.

Battery life any better on this one?

Quick question for those braver than me... does the v6 supercharger scripts work for our phone and rom?

Sent from my DROID2 using DroidForums

Imoseyon.com for his tweak. I'll put up a dropbox link to the ram script. Brb

CM74D2 (I can't put this thing down!)
