Hey droid2drummer, does that zip do the same as Zepplin's 3g TurboCharger?

Not sure ... All I know is when I had buffering and stalling issues playing and dling I did the lil mod and bam no more of that crap! Lol

has the battery life improved at all? i have been away from this rom for a few weeks but i was just waiting on the batt, life improvement. any comments about it? i may be flashing over this very minute

do you use anything to help it? i tried using juice defender but tht was wayyyyy too confusing, and things were randomly shutting off

No I don't use anything to help it although I should try something. I just keep a charger near by. I'm on build 30. I keep hoping the next build will be better as far as battery life but nothing yet. Jrummy said he's going to port Justice over to the D2 this coming week so I plan on trying that to see if that's any better.

okay thanks, just wondering tho.. how much battery life do you get? i used to only get about 12-14 hours on average usage back on build 6 and 7, then used juice defender which boosted it up to 20-22 but juice defender made my phone reallyyyy slow. and i was using stock battery

I would say it about the same 12-14 hours for me. Some days it less but just from heavy use.

I was lucky if I got 10hrs of battery life from moderate use. I'm getting an extended battery so I'm gonna see how that holds up on CM7/MIUI.

2 things, when are the nightlies release about eastern time? and two i know the battery life is bad but my phone died last night with 50 percent battery with no use. aka 10pm till 7 am while sleeping. i am on build 27 is there much difference in battery life with the newer ones and is there any thing i can do to help the idle battery life. i have all my polling apps set to an hour but thats also only three apps gmail, bw weather, and tapatalk.

You could always turn your phone off when you sleep

Kinda curious as well about build 32. I'm rocking MIUI 1.7.22.1 right now, and I love it, but CyanogenMod is the "famous" ROM and I'd love to give it a shot, hoping I'll fall in love with it instantly as my friends and the internet say I will.

slightly off-topic but is there a way to boot both ROMs on my phone to test drive Cyanogen before fully flashing it? Or has that functionality not quite made it to the D2 yet?

flashed 32 and running great. noticed battery life isnt nearly as bad as the 27 build.
@ plutoknight- just make a nandroid backup that way if you dont like it just restore. i love it and themes are great. i have the rover blue/waterpolo super awesome
