download ROM to sd card
reboot recovery
make nandroid backup
wipe data
wipe cache
wipe dalvik cache
flash rom
reboot
sign in
sync
restore apps with titanium
enjoy rom

In the Steel Blue thread at XDA is a version made for Evil Fascination, so you'd just wipe cache and dalvik cache and flash that.
