Awesome ROM so far. I am coming from Rubix.

I have to admit to being a Swype junkie. I installed the swype app from the first post, but I can't figure out how to have it be the default keyboard. I know I did this on other ROM's from the Settings -> Language and Keyboard. But I can't find where to default it..

Can anyone tell me how to fix the phone from rebooting after a call? If I can fix that I'll keep this rom forever...

option #1
you can go into settings/applications/manage apps/running/dialer and clear data/cache...then dial *22899

you can go into clockwork recovery try clearing cache, then dial *22899 and update phone.

you can reload rom again.

i would try a factory reset from settings/privacy/data reset. yes you will have to reset your apps again but it will be from a clean slate.

hopefully one of those will solve your problem as this is the best rom i have ever used.

I'm doing a backup, getting ready to install but had one request for future releases..

I've been wanting to use the linux install app from the market on my DX (installs one of a few linux distro's that support ARM architecture in a chroot environment and then uses VNC to interface with it), but I cannot find a kernel module for the DX to support mounting of loop images (needs to be compiled with the kernel and appropriate options to build the module). ...any chance we could get one for the DX / D2 ?

I think it also req'd Ext filesystem support... I thought this was built in, but I was getting a notication from the app while on a different ROM that I didn't have it. More info on the app and its requirements is available here:

That's not a problem with the rom that I know of. Maybe to a fresh install and wipe data and cache.

But i notice everyone talking about "Linear" i downloaded 1.9 is that the "Newest" Version. or there going to be a newer one he shortly?

Coming from Focused 1.9 and this is pretty awesome. The only thing I didn't really care for was the fly in dialog transition/animation. So I disabled it in spare parts. I'm more of a fan of the fade in-fade out of the dialog.

Is there a way that we can change the types of animations/transitions used?

But i really really HATE the gingerbread keyboard.. is there a way i can get the stock Multitouch keyboard into this ROM??

I have it pulled out of Apex.. how can i install it.? Root explorer - system/app replace latinme reboot ?

i told you...lol. anyways in the op there is an AOSP keyboard that you can install...it's a zip. just make sure you mount system prior to installing. I do believe his framework is unique so i don't know if another keyboard will work other then the gb and aosp.

Ok small update released.. 1.9.1 this updates apps such as the dialer and setting to integrate the Gingerbread theme a little better.

Theme do not have to be redone for this update but them may need to be reinstalled after it.


I am only releasing this as an update and will not put a full release out for it yet, not till I get a few more things done.

Is speed dial broken for anyone else? Is this a known issue?
